Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

When orders may be cancelled or returned, how deductions are calculated, and how approved refunds are processed.

Effective: 3 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 3 August 2026

Please read this document with our other linked policies and your final quotation or invoice. Applicable statutory rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited.

1. Policy principle

We do not offer a general change-of-mind return right for computer hardware, electronics, software, customised goods, specially procured goods, open-box goods, refurbished goods, or business purchases unless expressly stated for the product or transaction. Eligible defect, damage, wrong-supply, warranty, and mandatory statutory remedies remain available.

Replacement or repair is normally considered before refund for an eligible product issue. A refund is provided when required by law, expressly promised, or when an appropriate replacement or repair is unavailable or unsuccessful.

2. Cancellation before acceptance

A customer may request cancellation before order acceptance. If the order has not been accepted and no disclosed non-recoverable customer-authorised cost has been incurred, we will cancel and return the amount received.

An automated acknowledgement or payment authorisation does not by itself mean acceptance. Contact us promptly because stock allocation, procurement, packing, and configuration can begin quickly after verification.

3. Cancellation after acceptance but before dispatch

After acceptance, cancellation is subject to whether stock was specially procured, supplier commitments were made, packaging or seals were opened, software or licences were ordered or activated, customisation or assembly began, financing was processed, or other non-recoverable costs were incurred.

Where cancellation is approved, we may deduct only reasonable, identifiable, non-recoverable costs actually incurred and lawfully chargeable, such as special procurement, supplier cancellation, payment or financing, assembly already performed, customisation, insurance, or logistics. Applicable deductions will be explained. No customer cancellation charge applies when cancellation is caused by our inability to fulfil, our material breach, or another circumstance where law prohibits it.

4. Cancellation after dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellation may be refused. Where we agree to recall or accept return of an otherwise non-defective order, the customer may be responsible for actual forward and return shipping, insurance, payment, financing, handling, and restoration costs, plus loss in value caused by opening, use, damage, missing packaging, or missing accessories, to the extent permitted by law.

Refusing delivery does not automatically create a full refund right. Unauthorised refusal may be treated as failed delivery under the Shipping Policy.

5. Custom PCs, configured goods, and special orders

Custom PC builds, engraved or personalised products, special imports, non-stock procurement, configured systems, cut or modified goods, activated operating systems, software licences, subscriptions, and products sourced for a specific customer may not be cancelled after procurement, seal opening, activation, assembly, configuration, or testing begins.

If cancellation is nevertheless accepted, the refund may exclude the value of non-returnable components, activated licences, completed labour, supplier penalties, logistics, and any loss in resale value, subject to prior disclosure and law. Verified defect, wrong supply, and express build-warranty rights remain unaffected.

6. Change-of-mind and non-returnable categories

  • Opened or used computer components, laptops, desktops, monitors, storage devices, networking products, accessories, consumables, and electronics, unless an express change-of-mind return was offered.
  • Software, licence keys, subscriptions, digital delivery, downloadable content, gift cards, and services after delivery, activation, or performance begins.
  • Customised, configured, assembled, engraved, special-order, clearance, liquidation, refurbished, or open-box products except for an eligible undisclosed issue.
  • Products damaged, altered, installed incorrectly, registered, locked to an account, missing serial labels, missing packaging or accessories, or not in resalable condition because of customer action.
  • A later price reduction, customer preference, buyer’s remorse, incorrect self-selected compatibility, or performance expectations not confirmed in writing.

7. Eligible product returns

Returns for transit damage, wrong product, shortage, DOA, material defect, or non-conformity are handled under the Return and Replacement Policy. The customer must follow its reporting, evidence, packaging, serial-number, troubleshooting, and inspection requirements.

Do not ship a return without authorisation. Unauthorised returns, cash-on-delivery returns, or packages sent to an unapproved location may be refused and remain at the customer’s risk and cost.

8. Refund calculation

An approved refund is based on the amount actually received for the affected item, less only lawful and applicable adjustments. Possible adjustments include retained bundle benefits, gifts not returned, coupon or cashback reversal, financing or payment costs not recoverable by us, special procurement, customer-attributable logistics, missing items, customer-caused damage, or reduction in value.

No deduction is made for an eligible defect, wrong supply, transit damage, our cancellation, or our material breach except where the customer chooses a premium service or retains value that must reasonably be accounted for.

9. Refund method

Refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery, bank-transfer, or exceptional refunds may require a verified bank account in the customer’s name or another compliant method. We never require an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, or remote-screen access to issue a refund.

Store credit or an alternative payment route is used only with customer agreement or where required because the original route cannot lawfully receive the refund.

10. Refund processing and banking time

After final approval and, where applicable, receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will initiate the refund within a reasonable operational period, ordinarily within 7 business days unless a different statutory or payment-rule timeline applies.

Banks, card networks, UPI participants, gateways, and financiers control the time needed to post or reverse funds after initiation. Failed or debited-but-unsuccessful transactions may be automatically reversed under the applicable payment-system rules. We will provide available transaction references and assist with reconciliation.

11. EMI, finance, and payment-provider offers

EMI cancellation, interest, foreclosure, processing fees, no-cost EMI subsidy reversal, cashback, or bank-offer reversal is governed partly by the bank, financier, card network, or payment provider. A product refund does not necessarily cancel financing charges imposed independently by that provider.

We refund only the amount received by us, adjusted as permitted by this policy. Customers should also contact the finance or payment provider regarding loan or statement treatment.

12. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an unaccepted order because of unavailable stock, a genuine price or specification error, failed verification, payment failure, fraud risk, legal restriction, serviceability issue, supplier allocation, or force majeure. We may also cancel for abusive or unlawful conduct.

For a cancellation by us, we return the amount actually received for the cancelled item without a customer cancellation charge. Except where law requires otherwise, we are not liable for speculative purchase, replacement-market difference, lost profit, or consequential loss arising from an unaccepted order.

13. Chargebacks and duplicate recovery

Contact us first so the transaction can be investigated. Nothing prevents lawful bank, payment, or consumer remedies. However, knowingly false, duplicate, or abusive chargebacks, retaining goods after payment reversal, or seeking recovery from both us and a payment provider may lead to account restriction, evidence submission, debt recovery, or legal action.

14. Contact

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Questions, notices, claims, and grievances may be submitted through the contact channels published in the website footer. Include the relevant order, quotation, invoice, service-ticket, or payment reference. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full card details, or unrelated confidential information.
