Computer Parts Wholesale Supply in Mumbai
We supply computer components in quantity to the trade: resellers, system integrators, repair businesses and IT service companies buying to build with, fit or resell. Verified trade accounts see their own tier pricing across the whole catalogue, so the price on the page is already your price rather than something to negotiate per order.
Tier pricing is applied by the account after GST verification. Quotations are itemised and dated.

Who this is for
If you are buying IT for your own organisation to use rather than to resell or build with, the business procurement page is the better fit — the process there is built around fleets and rollouts instead of part numbers.
- Resellers and retailers — Component supply for shops selling on, with tier pricing applied to the account rather than quoted per order.
- System integrators and builders — Multi-unit component lists for builds, with compatibility checked across the whole list before it is quoted.
- Repair businesses — Regular supply of the parts that actually move — drives, memory, power supplies, fans, cables and adapters.
- Buying IT for your own organisation — Offices, schools, hospitals and government buyers equipping their own people. Different process, its own page.
What you can source here
Counted live from the catalogue. Published is not the same as in stock, and the two figures are given separately for that reason.
- 9,937 products in stock right now — Published products the inventory system currently reports as in stock or limited. Stock moves during the day; confirm before travelling.
- 14,096 products published on this site — Products published on this website. Being published is not the same as being in stock.
- Products from 197 brands — Distinct brands that have at least one published product. It is not a statement of dealership or authorisation.
- 650 categories holding published products — Categories holding at least one published product, directly or through a child category. Empty categories are excluded.

How trade ordering works
- Register and verify (You) — Create a business account and complete GST verification. This is what identifies you as a trade buyer and attaches your pricing tier.
- Your pricing applies automatically (Automatic) — Once verified, the prices you see across the catalogue while signed in are already your tier prices. There is nothing to ask for per order.
- Send the list (You) — Build the requirement in your cart and request a quotation, or send part numbers and quantities directly. Tell us which substitutions you would accept and which you would not.
- Stock and specification check (Trade desk) — We confirm what is on the shelf against your list, and flag anything where the part number does not match what you have described.
- Itemised GST quotation (Trade desk) — A firm, dated, line-by-line price you can accept. Component prices move, so the quotation states its own validity rather than standing indefinitely.
- Accept and it becomes an order (You) — An accepted quotation converts straight into an order without re-entering anything.
- Dispatch or collection, then invoice (Counter) — Collect from the counter or have it shipped. The GST invoice records each item with its serial number where the product carries one.
Commercial terms, and what is agreed per account
Pricing is by verified account tier and applies automatically across the catalogue once you are signed in. Every order is invoiced with GST, and purchase-order references and the documentation your finance team needs can be included on the invoice — tell us what they require at quotation stage.
Quotations are itemised and carry their own validity, because component prices genuinely move. Returns, replacement and warranty are governed by the published policies linked below and by the manufacturer terms for each item.
Order minimums, payment and credit arrangements, and delivery timings are agreed per account rather than published as a single rule, because they differ by buyer, by category and by order size. Ask at quotation stage and you will get them in writing before you commit to anything.
What comes with every trade order
The things that make a component supply relationship workable rather than cheap once.
- A GST invoice, itemised — Line by line, with serial numbers recorded where the product carries one, so a claim on one item is a claim on that item.
- The condition stated per item — Sealed, open-box and refurbished are different things at different prices, and which one you are getting is on the quotation before you accept it.
- Warranty type identified — Manufacturer, distributor or seller — named, so you know the route before you need it rather than after.
- Substitutions raised, not silently made — If a part number is unavailable we come back to you with what changed. We do not swap a line item and let you find out on delivery.
- Compatibility flagged across the list — When a list is for a build rather than for stock, we say so if two lines will not work together.
How we describe our own position
We are a computer hardware retailer and trade supplier operating from Lamington Road, Mumbai, buying through the distribution channel and supplying the trade from stock. We are not describing ourselves as a manufacturer's authorised distributor for any brand, because that is a specific commercial relationship and we will only claim one where we can show you the paperwork.
If a particular order depends on brand authorisation, official channel supply or a manufacturer warranty route, ask before ordering and we will tell you plainly what applies to that item.
Questions people ask
How do I get trade pricing?
Create a business account and complete GST verification. Your tier then applies automatically across the catalogue whenever you are signed in, so the listed price is your price.
What is the minimum order?
It is agreed per account rather than published as one figure, because it differs by category and by order size. Send your list and it will be confirmed in writing with the quotation.
Can I send a parts list rather than using the cart?
Yes. Part numbers and quantities in any readable form are fine, by email to Support@rj-quantum.com or on +919372383903. Tell us which substitutions you would accept so we can quote alternatives where something is short.
Do you supply other computer shops?
Yes. Resellers, integrators and IT service companies buy components from us on trade terms after verification.
Is the stock genuine, with India warranty?
The warranty type that applies is identified per item on the quotation — manufacturer, distributor or seller — and the invoice records serial numbers where the product carries them. If a specific item's warranty route matters to your order, ask before accepting the quotation.
Can you deliver outside Mumbai?
Yes, we ship across India. For an order that needs to arrive in phases, say so at quotation stage so the delivery is planned around it.
How long is a quotation valid?
Each quotation states its own validity. Component prices move week to week, so a quotation that never expired would not be a real price.
