Pricing, Offers and Quotation Policy

How displayed prices, volatile hardware costs, stock, quotations, taxes, promotions, business pricing, and genuine errors are confirmed.

Effective: 3 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 3 August 2026

Please read this document with our other linked policies and your final quotation or invoice. Applicable statutory rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited.

1. Displayed prices are provisional until acceptance

Computer hardware and electronics prices can change rapidly because of distributor revisions, exchange rates, duties, taxes, freight, manufacturer programmes, supply constraints, memory or component markets, promotions, and inventory age. A website, app, chatbot, PC Builder, marketplace, social-media, telephone, or showroom indication is not guaranteed until the order is expressly accepted.

Adding an item to a cart, wishlist, saved build, quote request, or chat does not reserve inventory or lock a price. A price becomes binding only for the quantity, model, condition, payment method, tax status, delivery scope, and validity period expressly confirmed by us, after required payment and verification conditions are satisfied.

2. Price confirmation and order acceptance

Before acceptance, we may reconfirm the exact part number, revision, condition, stock, serial-controlled inventory, GST treatment, shipping, assembly, installation, financing, and payment cost. If the confirmed price differs, the customer may accept the corrected offer or cancel without charge before acceptance.

An automated order acknowledgement or successful payment authorisation does not by itself confirm acceptance. Where an order cannot be accepted, we will cancel it and return the amount actually received for the unaccepted item.

3. GST, invoices, and additional charges

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The checkout, quotation, or invoice will indicate the applicable GST treatment. Delivery, insurance, assembly, installation, configuration, data migration, payment, financing, special handling, or other charges apply only when displayed or agreed before acceptance.

A GST invoice depends on accurate legal name, GSTIN, address, place of supply, and eligibility supplied before invoicing. Post-invoice changes may be refused or processed only where tax law and our accounting controls permit.

4. Genuine errors

Despite reasonable controls, a price, discount, specification, stock level, tax, quantity, shipping charge, coupon, trade-in value, or bundle may contain a typographical, feed, integration, AI, API, catalogue, supplier, or system error.

Before order acceptance, we may correct the error, request confirmation at the correct terms, or cancel and refund the amount received. After acceptance, we will not unilaterally increase a lawful confirmed price; we will apply applicable law and seek a fair remedy if fulfilment is genuinely impossible or the error is obvious and material.

5. Quotations

A quotation is valid only for its stated validity period, products, quantities, condition, payment method, delivery location, tax status, and scope. If no validity is written, it remains subject to price and stock reconfirmation before payment and acceptance.

A deposit, advance, or full payment locks price or stock only to the extent expressly written. Special procurement may require non-refundable or partially refundable commitments representing actual non-recoverable supplier or logistics costs, disclosed before acceptance and subject to law.

6. Custom PC pricing

A custom-build total is based on the complete confirmed configuration. Replacing one part can change compatibility, performance, power, cooling, labour, warranty routing, taxes, and the total price. PC Builder and AI totals remain estimates until technician and sales confirmation.

If a confirmed component becomes unavailable before acceptance, we may propose an equivalent or better alternative with a revised price. No substitution will be made after acceptance without customer consent, except a non-material packaging or revision variation that does not reduce the confirmed specification or rights.

7. Retail, wholesale, dealer, and corporate prices

Retail, dealer, wholesale, corporate, marketplace, showroom, online, account-specific, cash, bank-transfer, card, financing, and promotional prices may differ because of quantity, channel cost, payment risk, credit, logistics, tax, service scope, and supplier programme.

Business or volume pricing requires eligibility and quantity verification and is not a promise that every customer or later order will receive the same price. Credit terms and price protection apply only when expressly agreed in writing.

8. Promotions, coupons, bundles, and cashback

  • Offers apply only during the stated period, to eligible products, users, quantities, locations, channels, and payment methods, while allocated stock lasts.
  • Coupons have no cash value, cannot be duplicated, transferred, combined, or applied retrospectively unless expressly stated.
  • “Up to” discounts describe the maximum on selected items; individual discounts vary. MRP, reference, or strike-through prices are not a promise that every seller or channel previously charged that amount.
  • Bank offers, EMI discounts, cashback, exchange values, gifts, and manufacturer promotions may be issued and governed by third parties and can have separate settlement, reversal, and eligibility rules.
  • A return or cancellation may require return of a gift or reversal of the proportional discount, cashback, coupon value, or bundle benefit.
  • We may withhold or reverse benefits obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, false information, payment reversal, return manipulation, resale abuse, or another violation.

9. Price changes after sale

A later market-price reduction, promotion, exchange-rate change, or competing offer does not create a right to a retrospective refund or price match. A later increase does not change an already accepted and paid order, subject to genuine error, agreed variation, force majeure, and mandatory law.

We do not guarantee the lowest market price or automatic price matching unless expressly stated for a specific programme.
