Return and Replacement Policy

Eligibility, evidence, inspection, exclusions, and remedies for products received damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order.

Effective: 3 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 3 August 2026

Please read this document with our other linked policies and your final quotation or invoice. Applicable statutory rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited.

1. Replacement-first framework

For a verified eligible claim, the normal remedy is repair, replacement with the same product, replacement with a materially equivalent product with customer consent, or another remedy required by law. A refund is available where replacement or repair is unavailable, unsuccessful, disproportionate, expressly promised, or legally required.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

2. Eligible events and reporting windows

  • Transit damage, tampered delivery, wrong product, wrong quantity, or missing included accessory: report as soon as possible and ordinarily within 72 hours after delivery.
  • Dead-on-arrival or material functional defect: report as soon as possible and ordinarily within 7 calendar days after delivery, unless the manufacturer specifies a different lawful DOA process.
  • A material condition or specification that differs from the accepted order: report promptly after discovery and before continued use where reasonably possible.
  • Any longer or additional replacement right expressly stated on the product page, quotation, invoice, or required by law.

3. Evidence and unboxing

For high-value electronics and all claims involving transit damage, shortage, tampering, wrong supply, or visible condition, record one continuous unboxing video beginning before the shipping package is opened and showing the shipping label, all sides of the package, seals, internal packaging, product, serial number, accessories, and issue. Also keep clear photographs.

An unboxing video is important evidence and may be required where the facts cannot otherwise be verified, especially for courier or missing-item claims. Its absence will not automatically defeat a non-excludable statutory right when other credible evidence establishes the claim.

4. How to submit a claim

Submit the order or invoice reference, product name, model, serial or IMEI where applicable, delivery date, description of the issue, photographs, video, and any error message or diagnostic result. Do not send banking credentials.

Keep the complete product, original manufacturer box, shipping package, labels, seals, invoice, manuals, cables, adapters, accessories, bundled items, and freebies until the claim is resolved. Do not write on, tape, tear, or discard manufacturer packaging.

5. Troubleshooting, inspection, and return authorisation

We may request safe remote troubleshooting, manufacturer diagnostics, BIOS or firmware checks, photographs, video demonstration, service-centre verification, or collection for inspection. Do not return a product without the instructed return process or authorisation.

Inspection may verify the model, serial number, seals, physical condition, accessories, usage, activation, fault, compatibility, and whether damage resulted from delivery, manufacturing, installation, misuse, power conditions, or another cause. Processing time begins after the complete item and required evidence are received.

6. Condition of returned goods

Except where the defect itself prevents it, return the product in substantially the same condition received, with all original packaging, labels, serial stickers, accessories, manuals, bundled goods, and gifts. A missing item or customer-caused damage may reduce an otherwise payable amount by the reasonable replacement or restoration cost where lawful.

Do not remove manufacturer serial labels, substitute parts, damage sockets or pins, apply thermal material unnecessarily, alter firmware, overclock, disassemble, or obtain unauthorised repair before inspection.

7. Normally ineligible reasons

  • Change of mind, preference, colour or appearance expectations, a later lower market price, or performance expectations not expressly promised.
  • Compatibility issues where the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete information, bought parts independently without validation, changed the confirmed build, or proceeded after a written warning.
  • Damage caused after delivery by accident, liquid, corrosion, pests, improper installation, bent pins, physical force, unsuitable power supply or adapter, surge, deficient earthing, blocked ventilation, overheating, improper transport, misuse, unsupported overclocking, unauthorised modification or repair, malware, or software conflict.
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product; cosmetic differences or wear consistent with a disclosed open-box or refurbished grade; dead pixels, noise, battery wear, or other variation within the manufacturer’s published tolerance.
  • Products with missing, altered, mismatched, or unreadable serial or IMEI labels where identity cannot be verified, unless the condition existed at delivery and was timely documented.
  • Activated or delivered software keys, licences, subscriptions, downloadable products, consumables, hygiene-sensitive items, cut-to-length goods, personalised goods, or special-order/configured products, except for wrong supply, verified defect, or mandatory rights.

8. Components, custom PCs, and bundled orders

Opened CPUs, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, graphics cards, power supplies, peripherals, laptops, systems, and other electronics are not eligible for change-of-mind return merely because packaging was opened. Verified defect and wrong-supply claims remain eligible under this policy or the manufacturer process.

A complete custom PC may be inspected as a system. We may repair or replace the defective component rather than replace the entire build where that provides a proper remedy. Removing or substituting components before inspection may invalidate the claim for the affected item.

If a qualifying item was sold with a bundle discount, gift, coupon, cashback, or free item, the complete bundle or the value of retained benefits may be considered when calculating an approved return or refund.

9. Shipping costs for claims

For a verified eligible claim, we bear or reimburse reasonable standard return logistics arranged or approved by us. Premium, self-arranged, uninsured, or unauthorised shipping is not reimbursed unless agreed in advance.

For an ineligible claim, no-fault-found result, false description, or customer-caused issue, the customer may be responsible for reasonable disclosed inspection, collection, return, re-delivery, or service-centre costs where permitted by law.

10. Data and privacy before return

Back up and remove personal data, accounts, storage media, passwords, and confidential information before returning a device. Diagnosis, reset, firmware work, repair, or replacement may erase data. We do not guarantee data preservation or recovery unless a separate written service expressly provides it.

11. Fraud and abuse

We may reject and investigate claims involving product substitution, serial mismatch, fabricated evidence, deliberate damage, empty-box allegations contradicted by reliable evidence, repeated abusive claims, or unauthorised chargebacks. Suspected unlawful conduct may be reported to payment providers, carriers, manufacturers, insurers, or authorities.

12. Contact

Questions, notices, claims, and grievances may be submitted through the contact channels published in the website footer. Include the relevant order, quotation, invoice, service-ticket, or payment reference. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full card details, or unrelated confidential information.
