We ask every customer the same way rather than selecting who to ask, and we never buy, trade, gate or incentivise a review. Reviews are read and replied to on the platform they were left on; we do not make resolving a complaint conditional on a review being changed or removed.
Where a rating is shown on this site it names the platform it came from. Where a platform has published no rating for us, or a sync has not run, nothing is shown for it — an old or invented figure is worse than none.
